DESIGNED AROUND SENSITIVE WORK

Explore with fictional data first.

The sample reader and exports run in an isolated browser frame with network requests blocked by its content policy. The tool has no ads, analytics, remote OCR, or chat widgets. The main page passes a selected sample into the reader and starts downloads of exported files; this does not make a server upload.

This Blogger preview is for fictional documents only. Blogger serves the public website and may handle ordinary website access data. A production privacy review and real-bank validation are still pending.

Clear Workspace resets the active PDF and extracted rows. Downloaded files remain on your device. Clearing the workspace does not guarantee forensic erasure from browser or operating-system memory.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful answers.

Which statements can I convert?

Only the fictional StatementReady Sample Layout v1 in this preview. No real bank layout is advertised as supported. Unknown PDFs fail without producing invented transactions.

Are my bank statements uploaded?

Please do not use real financial documents in this preview. Sample extraction runs in the sandboxed browser frame, whose network policy blocks outgoing requests. The public Blogger page is a separate website context. Production handling and privacy claims need further validation.

Does a matching balance mean the conversion is perfect?

No. It checks arithmetic consistency using extracted rows and separately read printed balances. Errors can cancel each other out; dates and descriptions still require review. It does not replace reconciliation with a business ledger or certify a statement's authenticity.

Can I convert scanned or password-protected statements?

No. This preview does not support scans, photos or password-protected PDFs. We never ask for your online banking password.

Can I combine several months?

Multi-file processing and statement continuity are planned, not released. The sample can compare a confirmed expected period with one statement's start and end dates.

Will the tool delete duplicate transactions?

No. Similar rows are review signals. Exclusions require an explicit action and review reason, and are recorded in the workbook.

Does this connect to my bank, QuickBooks or Xero?

No. There are no bank connections, credential prompts or accounting integrations. CSV is generic; destination-specific imports have not been verified.

What is inside the Excel workbook?

Transactions contains rows and inclusion status. Checks contains arithmetic and unresolved review items. Source_Map links rows to the source page and original values. Changes records edits and exclusions. The workbook is editable and is not a tamper-proof audit trail.
